Description:
As we continue to build homes and businesses in areas that were previously wooded, many of our “neighbors” become the furry kind. These critters often find our landscapes, plants and agricultural commodities handy buffets for browsing.  Unfortunately, the damage that they do is typically, unacceptable. We will be looking at various management practices from repellants, trapping, to the use of rodenticides on the more common animals that tend to cohabit our landscapes.  During the last hour Officer Dan Cable with the NC Wildlife Resources Commission will be sharing information about the legalities of trapping and explain the permitting requirements and process.
