It won’t be long before the summer’s growing season is in full swing. Now is the time to start thinking about entering some of your garden bounty in the agricultural exhibit at this year’s North Carolina Mountain State Fair.
Have prize flowers in your flower garden that deserve to be recognized and appreciated by others in our community? The fair is a great way to do that! Is your vegetable garden the envy of your neighbors? Put it to the test by entering your produce in the 2025 NC Mountain State Fair.
Show off your culinary talents by entering your salsas, jams and jellies, pickles, pound cakes and other value-added products in an array of categories!
This year we are excited to introduce new agricultural exhibits including creative Hay Bale Decorating and School Garden displays.
All agricultural exhibits are curated by personnel from Buncombe County Cooperative Extension and judged by agriculture professionals from around the region.
