Egg Grading School

Come and learn with us!

The class is directed at new and established small producers of eggs, extension agents and purchasers of locally grown products. If you want to learn more about proper methods of grading and evaluating the internal and external quality of the shell eggs you produce, this workshop is for you. The course includes a review of the North Carolina Egg Law and components that apply to small producers.
