NC 4-H Volunteers

Volunteer Leaders Conference is right around the corner and registration will be available very soon! The event will be held February 3-4, 2023, at the Hilton Durham near Duke University. This is your opportunity to participate in workshops and seminars designed especially for 4-H volunteers and agents to create positive learning experiences for young people across the state.

Annually, more than 200 conference participants gain skills and knowledge to help make the best better! Friday will offer a curriculum share-fair and country store during registration and a night fun group activity you will not want to miss. Saturday features a variety of workshops, district meetings, recognizing awards recipients, and incoming officer installation, plus chances to network and see friends!

We hope you can join us for this great training event! To learn more about this great conference, be sure to check out the agenda at the link below. Registration rates are listed on the attached document and as in previous years, include several registration options. Please note that there is only one deadline this year and all registrations must be entered and approved by January 9.

Registration will be done through Google and your 4-H Agent must register you. You must be a fully registered volunteer in 4-H Online in order to attend. Please contact Holly Jordan at holly_jordan@ncsu.edu if you are interested in attending and if you have any questions. ***Buncombe County 4-H has funds to help cover the registration fees for our volunteers.***
