NCCES has seen recurring budget cuts of $20 million since 2000, resulting in the loss of roughly 90 positions over the past four years.

Has the gardener in the family been coveting a rain barrel? Buncombe County Cooperative Extension has 80 gallon rain barrels available. Each barrel comes complete with fittings and installation instructions. Barrels are available for $110 + tax, cash or check only.
