I manage and optimize program data for EFNEP and Steps to Health, focusing on building systems to simplify data collection for educators. My responsibilities cover the entire data lifecycle, which includes overseeing data entry, training staff, generating state and county impact reports, and ensuring adherence to institutional and federal compliance standards. Furthermore, as a member of the USDA EFNEP national committee, I offer expert guidance to partner institutions and assist in the continuous development and optimization of the national Nutrition Education Evaluation and Reporting System (WebNEERS).
