Hands on Canning Applesauce Workshop

Are you ready to preserve the fresh taste of apples? Join us for an exciting, hands-on demonstration workshop where you will learn the most up-to-date techniques for canning homemade applesauce.

Led by Cathy Hohenstein, Family and Consumer Sciences Agent at N.C. Cooperative Extension - Buncombe County Center. Cathy brings years of experience and expert knowledge to ensure you leave confident in your canning skills!
