Canning Camp
- Learn how to take fresh fruits and vegetables, and preserve them to enjoy later! Youth will learn about the entire process of water bath canning, from fresh food, to jar, and even take home a treat to share!

Cloverbud Fair Crafting Workshop
- Cloverbuds (ages 5-8) will have the opportunity to explore their creativity as they pick an arts & crafts project to make and enter in the WNC Mountain State Fair!
- August 6th
- 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
- $15/pp
- Ages 5-8
- What to bring: water bottle, close-toe shoes
- Location: N.C. Cooperative Extension, Buncombe County Center
Cloverbud Camp
- Open specifically to 4-H Cloverbuds (ages 5-8) youth will explore a variety of topics in this camp, including: cooking, nature, arts & crafts, science, and more! Snacks will be provided each day.
- August 12th-14th
- 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
- $30/pp
- Ages 5-8
- What to bring: closed-toe shoes, water bottle
- Location: N.C. Cooperative Extension, Buncombe County Center
Fair Crafting Workshop
- Youth will have the opportunity to explore their creativity as they pick an arts & crafts project to make and enter in the WNC Mountain State Fair!

Microbe Mysteries Workshop
- Youth will have the opportunity to explore the world of microscopic marvels and learn about the invisible life all around us!
- August 7th
- 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.
- FREE!
- Ages 8-18
- Location: North Asheville Public Library
Ready to Register?
- Before registration is turned in: Enroll as a 4-H member using our online enrollment called 4-H Online. Once this is complete, youth can participate in any 4-H summer camps, clubs or programs!
- Print and complete the registration form
- Bring (or mail) Registration form and payment (cash or check made to Buncombe County) to the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Buncombe County Center (49 Mount Carmel Rd, Asheville, NC 28806). Payment is due in full at time of registration to reserve your space! See registration policies on the registration form for more information.
