Restoring the Farm: From the Ground Up
Join us for the first in a series of applied, field-based events focused on restoring and adding resilience to WNC farms impacted by Hurricane Helene. This kick off event brings together experts in soil restoration, soil ecology, soil amendments and food safety. Workshops will provide important and useful information for farmers, landowners and anyone interested in post-flood soil impacts and mitigation.

11:00 am - 11:50 am: Best Practices for Mitigating Impacts of Flood Deposits. With Dr. Ekrem Ozlu.
