Start the New Year With 4-H!

Would you like to get involved with 4-H but you aren't sure where to start? The Exploring 4-H Club will introduce youth to all that 4-H has to offer, including: science, agriculture, wildlife, cooking, nutrition, gardening, service learning, entomology, sewing and so much more! Each month, youth will explore a new topic while they get “a taste of 4-H”.

When: Monthly meetings during the months of January – May on the second Thursday at 4:00pm.

The first meeting of 2025 will be on Thursday, January 9th at 4:00pm!

Where: N.C. Cooperative Extension, Buncombe County Center (49 Mount Carmel Rd, Asheville, NC 28806)

Who: Open to youth ages 5-18. Youth must be a registered 4-H member to participate. Not a member? Joining is free and easy! Visit go.ncsu.edu/buncombe4honline to register today. Parents/guardians are required to stay during club meetings and come ready to learn and have fun!
