Attention all Buncombe County Youth..... Here is your opportunity to learn the tricks of the trade to embellish baked goods and get your cake-decorating skills on point!

Buncombe County 4-H is offering an exciting "Cake Decorating Mini-Series Camp" where you can learn the basics of cake decorating including:
Sugar Flowers
Fondant
Buttercream Flowers
Buttercream Borders
Flat Icing
Cupcake Icing
Sugar Flower Painting
and more!!!!

We are super excited to have a professional cake decorator who will teach participants the tricks of the trade.  This is also a great time to practice your skills so you can enter a decorated cake into the upcoming Mountain State Fair!  Below are the details for this year's camp as well as the registration form:

Date:  August 15-17th, 2023
Times: 9:00am-3:00pm
Location:  N.C. Cooperative Extension, Buncombe County Center (49 Mount Carmel Road, Asheville)
Cost: $25 (made payable to "Buncombe County"
Ages:  10-18 (as of January 1, 2023)
