You’ve been waiting for it and here it is! Registration for 4-H Summer Camp at Betsy Jeff-Penn 4-H Center is available now through the Buncombe County 4-H program.
Buncombe County 4-H will head to Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Camp the week of July 7 – July 12, 2024. Camp is available to Traditional campers (ages 8-12), Adventurers (ages 12-13) and Trekkers (ages 13-14). The cost for a week of camp is $535 for Traditional campers and Adventurers or $585 for Trekkers. **Buncombe County 4-H has scholarships available to attend camp so please contact Holly Jordan to inquire.
Beginning with a 'welcome to camp' opening ceremony on Sunday and concluding with an awards ceremony on Friday, our six-day residential summer camp program sends campers home with memories and friendships that will last a lifetime!
4-H Camp activities include: Horseback Riding, Swimming, Arts and Crafts, Dance Night, S’mores, Archery, Rock Wall Climbing, Games, Talent Show, High Ropes (older campers), Canoeing, Nature Exploration, Slip n’ Slide, Campfires, and much more!!
