Tropical Storm Fred occurred moths ago, but many farmers are still dealing with the damage of this devastating weather event. If you suffered crop losses, infrastructure damage, loss of livestock or other related problems due to the storm, you may qualify for disaster funding through the NCDA's Ag Crop Loss Program. The application for this funding has been extended to April 15, 2022.

Requirements:  Your farm must be in one of the 11-designated counties - Buncombe County farms are eligible. Your crops must qualify (see list below) and should've been planted but NOT harvested prior to August 17, 2021.
