Calling all 4-H Artists: During our 2022 West District 4-H Horse Show, we will have a 4-H Horse Artistic Expression Contest. This contest is open to ALL 4-Hers......even those who don't have a horse and won't be participating in the show. If you are an artist and love to draw, paint, photograph, or sew anything related to horses...this contest is for you!
Below are the details you'll need to enter:
Categories:
- Horse Drawing
- Horse Painting
- Horse Poster
- Horse Photography
- Horse Themed Sewn Item
- Digitally Created Art
Age Categories:
- Cloverbuds: 5-7
- Juniors: 8-13
- Seniors: 14-18
Items should be dropped off at the WNC Ag Center from 6:00pm - 8:00pm April 29th or 8:00am – 10:00 April 30th
Judging will be on Saturday April 30, 2022. Maximum of one entry per category per 4-Her. All items will be returned to the 4-Her’s county 4-H Agent following the event.We will follow the rules and recommendations set by the NC 4-H Horse Program's competition.
