We are happy to announce the 2022 West District 4-H Qualifying Horse Show will take place Saturday, April 30 at the WNC Agricultural Center in Fletcher, NC. Below you will find the information needed to register for classes, request stalls and determine your riding division. We hope that you choose the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina as your location to show at a District 4-H Show and to qualify for the 2022 NC State 4-H Horse Show.
Registration Deadline:
The West District 4-H Qualifying Horse Show requires pre-registration to avoid a $25 late entry fee. A registration packet is only complete if it has all the required items included and postmarked by April 12th. Please double check that all of the required items are included in your registration. Packets that do not have all of the required items included by April 12th are considered late and charged a $25 late fee.
You may add up to three additional classes the day of the show. The following items must be in your completed registration packet:
- Qualifying 4-H Horse Show Entry Form
- 4-H Eligibility Card (send a copy with your entry and bring the original for check-in)
- Coggins (send a copy with your entry and bring the original for show check-in)
- Stall and RV Reservation Form
- Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability Form
- NC 4-H Photo & Media Release
- Check or money order with the 4-Her’s name noted (Do not send cash)
