Proper identification of pests that occur in landscapes/nurseries during the spring along with the proper timing and use of pest management tools is an important part of a landscape contractor’s effort in maintaining the health of a landscape as well as that of the environment and those that live in that environment. We will also discuss the use of the old science of Phenology and how this can relate to our ability to use blooming plants as indicators of the emergence of various insect pests. This class is one that will help landscapers correlate the problem with the correct method of management. This first class is an In-person event and seating is limited to the first 8 people.
