2020 4-H Congress Highlights

North Carolina 4-H Congress is an annual state event held at NC State University where 4-H’ers from across the state come together to celebrate their accomplishments. Congress is typically the highlight of many 4-H’ers’ experiences and a great way to meet new friends from the District and other parts of the state.

This year’s 4-H Congress is going to be VIRTUAL!!! The dates for 4-H Congress this year are July 20-23, 2020, and the events will take place on Zoom.


  • Monday, July 20: 1–4 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 21: 1–4:30 p.m. and 7–9 p.m.
  • Wednesday, July 22: 1–4:30 p.m. and 8:30–9:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, July 23: 1–2 p.m.

4-H’ers must be 13-18 years old as of January 1, 2020, in order to participate in Congress. If you are interested in participating, please contact Holly Jordan at holly_jordan@ncsu.edu.

All registrations are due no later than July 6. Check out the detailed tentative schedule below.
